Secret Mexican white sauce goes amazing on top -
Here is the secret recipe for the white sauce:
1/2 up mayo
1 to 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons water or milk ( I like water)
Put Mayo in bowl and slowly add the vinegar - taste as you add - stir constantly with a fork
Add water or milk , keep the stirring going
Should be the consistency of thick cream
Dab a bit on your taco . . . . delicious!!
