Just Add Beer Premix Story

Howdy-

My first Blog of our test kitchen. We at Just Add Beer provide tasty premixed beer batters.

I made my first "beer batter" when I was back in high school, stuck on the family gill net boat. We always had fresh fish and I loved to cook and experiment . . . . more importantly I figured out that if I could cook and cook well . . . . cooking impressed girls.

The first batter mix I came up with was the Baja fish taco, specifically the Ensenada fish market taco. I can remember standing at the market eating until it hurt . . . . which might explain my belly.

Flash forward 25years . . . . yeah I am in my 40's - Few things I love in life more than a great fish taco and a chilly beer. . . . .combine the two loves and start a business !! Yep that is about it -
